Here's a handy document that also includes the information you are looking for:

http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/TechArticles/AEM/AEM Install FAQ.doc

The part you care about is:

"Fourth – the next sensor to concern yourself with is the MAP sensor. The OEM Toyota sensor is only capable of accurately measuring 18PSI of positive pressure and is unsuited for most performance applications. You’re better off purchasing either a GM 3BAR MAP sensor or a Kavlico MAP sensor (Horsepowerfreaks.com stocks them both). The GM # for the 3BAR is 16040749, the AC Delco Cross Ref is 213-101. The wiring pigtail for the 3BAR is discontinued since it was only used on the Turbo TA and Buick GN but a 2BAR pigtail can be purchased and modified, if you order a 3BAR pigtail you will get the 2BAR. A standard Weatherpack 3prong straight connector works with modifications as well. The pigtail is GM # 12085502 and AC Delco # PT-123. The diagram below shows how to wire the GM 3BAR MAP sensor."

That info on the GM 3 bar is a little outdated, they change part numbers alot. 12223861 is the new number for the 3 bar and the correct pigtail is available PN 15305891.

GM doesn't make a 5 bar but AEM has the Kavlico sensors, 3.5 or 5 bar.

I got a GM 3 bar and pigtail from a local ACDelco distributor (Tonsa Automotive) for cheap.
