Hey guys, i was wondering who has shimmed their MKIV A340e (GE auto tranny) and i was wondering who's done it with the tranny in and how hard was it. Which parts were tricky? i know there is a thread in the MK3 tech section, but im wondering if anyone with an MKIV has done this with success.

In that pic, would the shim be ONTOP of the spring going into the box, or would it be hidden in that circular potion in the mans hand.(the lower arrow)
