I am using an HKS racing type II BOV. This BOV is suppossedly good for up to 800 hp. I am having the same problem you described on my single car. I tried to adjust it and it did not help.

Next I will try running a slightly thicker vaccume line OR try running a dedicated vacume line. My vacume line is VERY long since the BOV is located in the fender.

You may want to try tapping in an extra vaccume nipple on the back of the manifold. I have also thought about doing this.

Lance at Toyomoto suggested switching to the "Godzilla" BOV sold by Turbonetics.

If you do come up with a solution to this problem, please let me know since I am also interested insolving this delema.
