Does anyone have any advice for storing the car over the winter? How can I avoid flat spots on the tires?

jackstands, or park on carpet to avoid dry rotting of your tires.
Make sure you store the car with a full tank of gas too. This will keep the gas from "evaporating" inside the tank and turning bad.
Thanks for the advice guys.
If your running aftermarket rims you could just put your stock wheels back on.

never heard that one, damn good idea
pump your tire pressure all the way to 40psi. This is what I do all the time.
I stored it on carpet remnants last winter. No problems at all. I started it periodically too, mainly to hear it rumble :)
