Can Ball Bearing Turbos be rebuilt after they blow the oil seal and ruin the the front impeller??

what is the advantige of Bearing Turbos?

Ball Bearing Turbo's spool slightly faster and don't believe anyone that tells you that they don't. They're also slightly more reliable and seem to last longer than their counterparts. Now from what I understand, ball bearing turbos' spool faster because it causes less friction than a standard turbo. I believe SUPRASTORE.com has an article about BALL BEARING turbos vs. Standard Turbos. You ought to read it...
