what other mods should i do in which order to increase power...

downpipe, boost control, make sure if your getting a new intercooler that your piping is solid a metal of some sort.

after that it starts getting more expensive in terms of working towards a bigger turbo setup.

Alleviating any boost leaks is the most important thing to do with a turbo car when first obtaining/modding the car.

Ja, check for leaks and other "stage zero" mods, then uncork it at both ends (intake and downpipe/exhaust). Once complete, increase boost.

Since he lives in Canada it's an R32... we can't get R33s yet.

Hmm that sux, oh well if you can find an rb25 turbo cheap they bolt onto the rb20det, alot of people here do that. Popular mods would be:

3" Turbo back exhaust
FMIC
RB25 Turbo
Boost Controller
Rising rate fuel pressure regulator *May not need this depending on AFR's*
Bosch 910 Fuel pump\GTR Pump
SAFC or ECU Remap

This setup would get you very close to 200rwkw. With the stock turbo you will max out around 170rwkw but have a little more mid range over the Rb25 turbo.
