those are the original BFGs..they're good. check and see if the Mickey Thompson radials come in that size, as well as the M&H ones.

ive used nittos 555Rs, BFG Comp TA Drags, MT ET Street (bias ply) and MT ET Street (radial)...

so far... the tires yielded me these 60's

nitto (275/35/17): 1.81
bfg (275/35/17): 1.74
bias (26x11.5x17): 1.72
radial(28x11.5x15): 1.68

Take into mind that i am on stock twins (ttc) with a 3400 stall (also note the different sizes of the wheels)

i have had best luck with the mickey drag radials

I used to use those all the time(the ones he was asking about) IMO, they are "better" in the rain than the new bfg's but dont hook quite as good. The newer ones look like a cloverleaf design, if that makes any sense. I havnt used the MT's yet but plan to.
Al, when did you use the new MT drag radials? Did your 60 go down?

17 BFG drag radials

I use to use them 4 years ago on my supra and drive them everywhere !
My best time was a [email protected] with a 1.57 60ft on those same tires.
