Is there anyway to get bigger twin turbos and put them on the car without making a hybrid and getting about 500-600 horse at the wheels. I don't care about the cost so much. I live in California and want to try and put some on that can be kept in the stock location so I can pass smog here.

Wow Bill I can't believe you openly posted your reply like that about illegal activities, especially regarding CARB and emmisions.
If you are sent to the smog Ref then more than likely you are screwed if you're no longer stock.
