Osama is dead after a very long manhunt. Thanks to our troops, our intelligence agencies, and the Tier 1 guys who are the absolute best at what they do....taking badguys out. It may be a small victory in the grand scheme of things but I think it sends an important message that evil will not go unpunished.

A good story to keep the attention away from the real issues...Talk about Bin Laden and ignore the fact that gas is over $4/gallon. Bin Laden hasn't been seen in years he was as dead a year ago as he is now.

Bunch of funny comments.. I don't think taking out a 70yr old idiot any kind of victory!! All you know he was dead years ago in the inhospitable mountains of Afgahnistan!! Now that the oil companies are making record profits it's a must to deflect our attention to a jerk off that means nothing!!

I love how everyone is basically on the same page. Media corruption is one of our toughest battles and with this now brought up lets all focus on the happiness of a person whom nobody has seen in YEARS! All we get is video broadcasts from some makeshift room or some shit. I believe this bastard has been dead for quite sometime and now with the country falling back down with rising costs and a president whom is losing popularity (especially near 2nd term voting) what better then to believe; "Hey Obama was able to find and have Bin Laden killed!! lets vote him into office again!!" Wrong answer

Exactly... Totally agree with you on the timing to coincide with the elections ... Claim he got the man that the country has been looking for the better part of 10 yrs.

Well... I hope it does bring peace to those that lost loved ones!! But I feel as if the government is playing with their emotions to get what they want come next election. I guess I won't buy into this political gimmick until I see pictures of him dead!!

Even if he is dead what does that mean? There still thousands of Al queda members out there. First we was looking for Saddam. We found him and hung him. Next popped up was Osama. We so called killed him so who is next? We should have been in this whole situation from the gate. The goverment is nothing but lies and conspiracys (sp). Now what are we going to do? We still have soldiers over there fighting and dying every min and gas prices are still rising?
