I have a Greddy 3 row with all the piping, and my BOV is welded into the pipe on the left of the motor where the intake is. My problem is that is the screw is tightened too much, it doesn't releive the air at normal or medium driving levels, only at WOT. BUt if it's too loose, it tend to die when letting off the gas (at a stop sign for example). I can't seem to find any middle ground here. If the screw is in tight, should I worry about not relieving the air?

i think you should find the middle ground, Because if its only letting pressure out at wot then when you are not at wot and you are at around 4-5 k and it doesnt let the pressure out then guess where its going... back to the turbos.

You should hear the pressure relaease at around 3k at regular driving and if you floor it and let off the gas by 2k you should hear the pressure being relased louder than when you drive normal and hear it at 3k, im still trying to find middle ground with my HKS, it takes some time
