I just ran across this interesting video. I really hope it's not a recent repost, and sorry it's not in enlgish. If my Japanese is on point, and it's not, I believe they ran a 7:49.449... If someone has better coverage of the lap please share. This was done back in 97 I believe.

BLITZ TOYOTA SUPRA TURBO SPECIFICATIONS
Engine:
3068cc straight 6-cylinder, 24 valve, twin-cam, twin-turbocharged, 1.8mm metal head gasket, Kolben Schmidt pistons, H-section conrods, balanced crank, Blitz Access engine management system, lightweight racing battery, NGK no 10 racing plugs, valves and ports polished, KKK K26 turbos, Blitz-type RC wastegates, Blitz B-type intercooler, A-type Oil cooler and power steering cooler, Blitz prototype radiator, twin Bosch 240-litre fuel pumps, NISMO (Nissan Motorsport) single 2.7kg/cm squared fuel regulator, Blitz 850cc side-feed injectors. Transmission:
Getrag 6 speed gearbox, triple plate clutch with lightened flywheel, Blitz prototype diff cooler, final gear ratio 3.588, TRD (Toyota Racing Development) transmission bushes.
Suspension:
Front - double wishbone with Sachs two-way damper and Eibach co-axial spring (rated - 18kg)
Rear - double wishbone with Sachs two-way damper and Eibach co-axial spring (rated - 12kg)
Toyota original anti-roll bar, TRD rear subframe bushes, Blitz prototype top mounts.
Brakes:
Front - Brembo Ferrari F0 setup consisting of ventilated 332mm discs (35mm thick)
Rear - Toyota standard 320mm discs (28mm thick)
PFC carbon metric pads all round.
Wheels and Tyres:
Front - Blitz Z-1 9x18" split-rims with 245/40 ZR Dunlop W-10 tyres
Rear - Blitz Z-1 10x18" split-rims with 265/35 ZR Dunlop W-10 tyres
Bodywork:
Blitz front/rear bumpers, side skirts, adjustable rear wing and lightweight doors, TRD vented bonnet.
Interior:
Stripped out with Blitz-Konig RS-2000 carbon/kevlar buckets, Sabelt harnesses, Heigo 4 point rollcage with side bars, TRD steering wheel, additional boost, oil and water temperature gauges (all Blitz).
Performance:
Max Power - 750bhp at 5900rpm
Max speed is 200+mph
0-60mph in under 4 secs
0-125mph in under 10 secs.

That was a great video. Its funny how there are just random vehicles on the track, like on the straight away he passed a minivan.LOL

i believe this very same car ran a much lower time than the 7:49 that was recorded.

I believe this car is in the UK now. It was featured in Max Power magazine many years ago.
