Well ever so often after babying my car for about 10 or 20 minutes, and I take the car out of gear, blue smoke comes out of the exhaust. This used to happen every so often but yesterday it happened about 4 to 6 times in a row. Now I know that's oil but I need to know where it's coming from... Could it be that I have an oil seal that's gradually going bad or do I need a rebuild? Also there were a few drops of oil that had come out of the upper intercooler pipe at the meet right before it goes into the fender which also leads me to believe its the turbo.

Any help would be great! :)

Thanks!

Burning oil, could it be my turbo or do I need to rebuild?

sounds like the turbo then, or by very rare chance the rings are shot and letting oil into the chamber?

See that's the thing, if it were the rings it would be damn near constant. I didn't see it at all driving to work or driving back. I saw it after I had been driving around town here just babying it. I pulled into my garage and it started smoking up again, then went away.

I think it's time for a rebuild...

Thanks!
