Hey guys, I've been running 18psi happily lately, but all of a sudden my car felt really slow. I look at the boost controller now (Greddy Profec OLED) and the most it shows me is the factory waste gate boost pressure (11 psi or so peak).

Is there any sort of test I can do to work out if it's the solenoid which has given up the ghost, or if....I dunno, it's something else I guess? Could the actuator ever get stuck and just need a wiggle or something?

Yeah no, that was the first thing I'd checked. Vac hoses are all good.

To test the solenoid, do I simply poke a pos/neg wire from the battery to each of the pins on the solenoid and hope to hear a click or awesome sound? 🤷‍♂️

All sorted now - upon closer inspection it turned out that the actuator arm had popped off from the wastegate..... hooked it back up and although I havent driven it yet, I'm sure this will solve the issue.
