i am getting boost cut after 8 months of happy boosting past 17 psi in winter. I have checked the BCC and the connections seem finebut i had left it at factory voltage setting last and it seemed to work well. what could go wrong suddenly :dunno: .

Cheers

17 psi with 98 RON. It for sure is boost cut with the check engine light comin on for a short while then goes away. it is pretty awkward believe me.

i was boosting 17 psi regularly. afterwards i added an FMIC with an intake. was fine throughout the winters when suddenly it has started happening in the month of April only. is there a chance of BCC failure.

like said above check the voltage in it....you may just need to open up the unit like the manual describes and change the setting a little bit...

Yes, I've heard that someone's voltage setting changed after they drove the car for a bit because the screw inside was loose. Not sure how possible this is, but the member swore that was what happened.

ok guys, i'd love to be let in on this big zenar diode secret... so im assuming the diode required must be just below 4.3v (for my 94 tt), and how much wattage/amperage must it be able to handle? I see you're just supposed to wire in inline, but if it's just wired inline of the turbo pressure sensor, how can it dump extra voltage to ground?

please enlighten me, i would've bought a greddy bcc by now but i cant seem to fine one here in NZ, and on the japspec ecu we cant just remove the vac line to the turbo pressure sensor, it has detrimental effects on other things :-/

someone, please? :sadwavey:
