Boost gauge

I am looking for a boost gauge that will fit in the spot where the clock is. Can anyone tell me of their experiences?
Would a 52mm gauge fit perfectly?
Thanks in advance for the help.

52mm

52mm is the same as 2 1/16". Both of these sizes fit perfectly in the stock clock position. Some advise from Chucky do not buy the SPI boost gauge b/c it sucks ass. I bought Spi and quickly trashed the cheap pos to buy a greddy electronic gauge.
Does it come with everything you need? Vacuum hoses, t connector, wires?
Also what color does it light up?
Thanks
I just recieved my greddy 60mm peak hold boost gauge yesterday and from what I've been told the back light will match the dash lights.
I'm putting it in the A/C vent location... still trying to decide whether or not to try the install myself.
G
i too have had a SPI....

THEY SUCK A$$
Greddy electronic gauges are very nice and come with all the proper hardware. Mechanical boost gauges require you to have a 6-8 ft long air hose which can kink and cause inaccurate readings. Pay a little more and get a greddy, hks, or blitz gauge. The greddy doesn't match the factory gauges to well. I was told the same thing but this is the closet that you can buy.
Supra6sp- let me know how it goes.

What about indiglo boost gauges?
Do any company sells these?
I'm planning on getting iniglo gauges and wouldn't mind all the gauges matching.

The Apexi EL series gauges are blue indiglo, I have the 60mm EL boost gauge with peak hold and 30 second playback. They look great at night, but the blue doesn't quite match the blue of my other indiglow faces on the main guages.
I heard that electrical guages are mor accurate than mechanical guages. Is that true? Or does it depend on how you install it?
As long as there is no kink in the hose the mechanical boost gauge should be just as accurate as the electric one.

I am selling my greddy electronic boost gauge with peak recall (60mm) black faced for 160 shipped..its going on ebay tommorrow..email me at [email protected] if interested
