Your BOV could be leaking.
Boost leak
I just drove my car in 3rd I'm getting 17-18psi thats if I'm getting on it in second then shift into third. If I'm driving along in third then get on it I get 21-22psi ?boostleak? I don't have a boost controller or bcc I've got what sp called a cheapy bpu.
