Today i went to that the dyno and it made 634whp at around 6600rpm. It made 562tq at 5300 rpm. I need to buy a scanner one of these days to scan the charts in. My motor has 124k miles :eek3:

The car made
493whp/444tq @ 18psi
554whp/489tq @ 23psi
634whp/562tq @ 28psi

Mods include

Boost Logic T67-DBB .68AR P-Trim
4" DP/MP
HKS 264 cams
HKS VPC/SAFC2/G-Force
RPS Carbon/Carbon
Boost Logic Fuel System 84lb injectors


Edit:I took a picture so this will have to do until i buy a scanner. Also i made another run after the 634whp and richened it up some and still made 618whp with a very safe 11.4AFR across the board from 4.5k-7.5k

I will be doing a leakdown test and a compression check this week before i hit the track this month. Motor is starting to show its age and mileage......

Very impressive..... when did you see full boost?

How come you didn't take it all the way up to 30lbs? Was this on c16?

I saw full boost around 3800-3900rpm. The boost controller was maxed out and the most it could get was 28psi. I have a old school Greddy Profec B. The wastegate spring is a 1.0 bar spring. This was on C16. Thanks Val.

Alex D: Full boost around 3850 rpm sounds great...now get that scanner! :) Setup is looking good...you're making me impatient to get my 67 DBB on the road.

Nice numbers Alex. That turbo spools up nicely. How did
the power feel on the street now that the boost is up?

on 93 pump.. how much HP are you getting?.. Nice work!

With a 6-speed I had expected this turbo to make 700rwhp with the 264 cams, or at least high 600s @ your 28psi max boost.

I was only expecting around mid 600's at most. I guess when i hit the track and see how the trap speeds are will be a better test. Every dyno is different, and i also didn't really get a chance to cool down between runs. I made 6 dyno passes in a half hour.

Those are good numbers considering the heat soak. For comparison I made 482hp at 18psi on an SP63 through the stock converter and through the MAF. At 23psi I only made 533whp. Perhaps the maf was beginning to show its restriction.

That last run is looking pretty lean... be careful on the street. I'd add some fuel personally.
