Yes, wrong wiring.

Look at the stock map. There are 3 wires, ground, power, and pressure signal. You must have hook up the signal wire into another power wire. I think the middle one is the signal wire.

I hate to say it but DUH!!!

Yer running an aftermarket BOV, so YES you need to block off the port on the intake side where the stock BOV was, otherwise all the pressure your turbos are building is just venting into your engine bay!

It'd be kinda like not putting in the drain plug in the bathtub, and then running the water expecting it to fill up to take a bath. :1poke:

Block off that opening, and you'll build boost!

The intake side is block off but the bov outlet isn't I've been trying to find a rubber cap to cover it but I just couldn't find a one to cover it I went to lowes, ace, home depot it,when I got te swap the side where the bov hose goes into the intake pipe was alrdy block off but the bov isnt , I just wanted to make sure the lines were set up right bec I had to figure it out, I'm suprised jarco didn't notice that it wasn't blocked off they gave me a extra set of turbos to swap out ,I might have a extra set of turbos in that case

That's a kickdown for an auto tranny IIRC. :sadance:
pic 452 it looks like it wraps to the cruise control actuator.. and the throttle cable goes off to the right side then loops back to the left( assuming jza70 cable).. i could be wrong though..

did you take off your isc for anything.. there is a 1 way check valve in there.. if its backwards it wont seal properly..

much better pics of your vaccum lines... :)

the first thing I see right off the bat, is where you are pulling vaccum for your MAP sensor!!

That is wrong. There is a vaccum line comming off the intake plenum, between the plenum and the intake valve cover, that has a filter that is JUST for the MAP sensor. Get that re-routed first. (if you need, I can take a picture of mine so you can see what I am talking about). Other than that, the 1JZ doesn't care too much about where you pull vaccum from.

http://www.1jz-gte.us/documents/SubDocs1/Fig1708.pdf

Follow that vaccum diagram from Rick's Place, it works! It is for the 1JZ engine!

Once you have that right, if you still have no boost, then we can go from there.
