Alright I have the older style Blitz Super Sound BOV, and with all my mods I have I only ran 7 PSI. Well, I adjusted the BOV one day and then tried it, only 4 PSI, so I adjusted it back and still 4 PSI. How can I like so to say "rebuild" but like just sealing it? Where could it be leaking from. If you need a pic of it goto to the site in my sig then mods then bov. Thanks.

Hmmm... no, not hissing or anything. One time like when I was running 4 psi back back in the day when I would build boost it was loud then i noticed the vac 90 to open the BOV was loose so I wrapped it with the teflon tape stuff and sealed it, but valve could be dirty. How can I "Rebuild it"?

If it's not hissing and you can't hear it leaking, then there isn't anything wrong with the BOV. The owner of MVP has two of them on his 800hp MKIV and has not had any issues with them in the years that he has had them. I really think your problem lies elsewhere.
