whats the difference between having your BOV mounted before or after your intercooler? mines mounted after my intercooler, right before the charge enters the throttle body on the hardpipe, but i've seen on other supras the vavle being mounted before the IC, or immediatly after the intake-charge leaves the turbo???

it should be as close to turbo as possible. although mounting it near throttle body would make BOV more responsive and louder.

closer to turbo, better for turbo. closer to TB, you scare more civics.

that is ok, I had it there before with HKS SSBOV. but I still get compression surge sometimes. the best place is at the hardpipe right behind the intake.

How about two BOVs? I've read somewhere that it's best to keep the stock BOV for low boost, and an aftermarket BOV for higher boost? Any truth to this?

Anyone have a link to a picture or something that shows the optimum place for a BOV?

I kept my stock BOV at stock location, than put HKS SSBOV in front of throttle body, works great for me.
