As the title says they are brand new never installed, still have the protective film on them, it also comes with the tool for needle removal.
They are 129$ from NR auto...but you can get them for 105$ at MVP.com

According to Instructions you should fill your gas tank up all the way since that needle is the most sensitive to re adjust.. but all you have to do is turn the ignition mark all your gauges and your set. Another way my friend told me is to slip them on with out even touching needles. Slightly bend them and slip on.....
