i was replacing all the vaccum hoses and cracked the bottom plastic peice off where the hose goes

Mine is broken too....it only hooks up to your carbon cannister....just block it off though

I took a very small piece of copper that I use at work and cut it about an inch long and I heated red hot and inserted into the BVSV and hooked up line and it is still there to this day. LOL

Check your local salvage yard, when mine broke I just picked one off a 1990 Camry. I think they were on just about all 90s Toyota engines.
