I guess this same thing happened to my car years before I bought it. When I was taking out my glove box when doing my engine swap I found a reciept from the old owner that showed that my rear sub-frame was replaced not that long ago. Kind of re-assures me that its just one less thing that can break

Hey man im glad it turned out good, and now the car will drive like a million bucks again. I have a few more subrames from Twin turbo R's that look similar in shape as those.

if you're going to slap in a new subframe, i suggest reinforcing it....well worth the time/$$....

I got my subframe from onebad7m !! As you can see its in great shape! I love mine! Came with those bars on there too! Talk to him if you want one! I think he gets 1jz's also!

i just replaced mine not too long ago too, cracked all the way through in 3 places... well not all the way through but hangin on by a thread... have fun!

i'd recommend welding plates across the diff nose support. i used to have a bunch of pix of the 20lbs that i added to mine, but i took 'em down....
