just stick your hand in there and twist. no need to remove the battery or headlights unliess your having probs.

Hey all,
Stupid question, since my shop manuals have not come in quite yet... How do you change the headlight bulbs in the MKIV? Is it as much of a pain in the ass as it looks, with pulling out the battery and stuff to get in there? Just got som PIAA bulbs, and wanted to put em in, since it is geting darker up here in the Northeast... Anyway, any help would be great.

very east to do like creep said just put your hands behinf the head light unplug the conector and twust the bulb the fogs are a bit of a pain but can be done also!
