I used to have a red '90 hatch with a DOHC swap and some other mods...was plannin to go KA-T but then I decided I wanted something that not everyone had (240's are everywhere around here)...that's when I bought my Supra.

But my boyfriend and I ran across a pignose hatch for $200...runs but has a terrible rod knock and overheats, so we're goin to do either a DOHC swap or possibly a CA18DET...so it's goin to be our project car...I'm happy cuz I still love 240's, but I love my Supra too...now I get the best of both worlds...

what is a "pig nose"

The 89 and 90 model with the SOHC engine...the bumper is different than the 91-94...it has two slots that kind of resemble a pig's nose...hence the name...

used in the 89-90 240SXs, which had a CA18 in Japan. the SR was introduced in 91, and the pignoses stopped.
