i did some searching and couldn't find too much.

i'm going to be swapping out my JDM camshafts and i want to run my new USDM camshafts.

and i need to know what the specs are for putting them in the head again any shims in there? what are the clearances? Thanks.

If I am not totally wrong the learance should be 0,15-0,25 intake and 0,25-0,35mm exhaust side.
We have no hydraulic rockers in the head so you need to shim what´s neccessary.

thanks.....

someone i asked said i have to shim the cams?

does anyone have the specs? or what i have to plastigauge it to?

if you work on your car yourself and you dont already have them, you need to get the TSRMs. you dont plastigauge the cams, you need to install them and torque them down, then use feeler gauges to tuck between the bucket and cam... its all in the TSRMs:
