Was checkin out mvpmotorsports.com and saw that the camshafts seem to sound pretty nice and seemed like they'd help a ton. How much hp/tq could i expect on my mkiv NA supra?? and what else would it help with and is it worth the $$? Thanks

Rob~

Also whats the difference in the durations do? thanks

Duration is the time the valves are open. There is also a concept called "high lift" which opens the valves further, but for the same length of time as normal (watch out for the piston!). Longer duration = more overlap between intake and exhaust. For high rpms, this is a good thing. For daily driving below 4000 rpms, it might be a bit rough. I don't know if you will see much HP gain or not, unless you have some way to get more air in.
