woudl there be any problem using a 97-98 ECu in my 94 supra?

does ECU have anything to do with OBD1 or OBD2?

Ecu has everything to do with on board diagnostics, it wont plug up.........

my opinion is different. I have a friend that has a 97-98 ECU on his 94, and he hasnt had any problems, He swapped his because another Supra owner wanted an OBD1 so that he could have a few more things programed, versus a few things with the OBDII.
My friend knew that he want going to upgrade his computer so he did the swap. Like I said I dont know of any problems, but you might want to check further.

I agree, the wiring should be exactly the same. The only draw back is the limitations of the newer computer. Most people with the ODBII want the ODBI.
