It's the top left orange car light cel light that has been on. All my lights are working except my trunk light. Headlights, side markers (front and rear), corner lights (both on each side), Brake lights, and rear turn signals function normally.

one thing. Horn stopped working. I think the relay might not be working, as i tested that recently. Can that cause the problem? If not, what else? I'm stumped

CEL refers to Check Engine Light. Its hard to make out but it looks like your pointing to your tail light failure warning light. If its consistently on and you've verified that ALL the rear bulbs are in working order then check the box itself. Sometimes the solders break on the main board, just re-solder it, the box is located towards the rear driver side tail light.
