wanted to know if you can put n/a stock rear wheels on a tt rear, will it throw off the speedo meter.

You'd have to worry about getting the wheels to fit over the rear brakes before anything else. Otherwise speedo will read the same as long as the overall diameter is about the same.

You will need to grind the caliper in two spots to get the wheel to clear. It is easier to fit it using just the wheel until you get it right.

If you run 255/50-16 tires, it will make the speedo read like 2 MPH low at 70-75 MPH.

would a spacer bar do the job in the rear instead of grinding the calipers.

It shouldn't. IIRC they share the same wheel design so all the spacer will do is sit the wheel flush/farther out.

There are still those two spots that run the depth of the wheel. If I am not mistaken they are there so you don't mix the wheels up somehow and put the fronts on the back and vice versa.

are the rear tt calipers that big because the n/a stocks are 16", so it seems like there is plenty of room
