I have been having some tranny problems on my na. I have found some tranny around 600 to 1000. My question is has anyone swapped a na 5spd for a tt 6spd. If the tranny will fit what all has to be modified, and or parts used. I would like to have a 6 speed versus a 5.
Let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

My advice is to call Lance at Toyomoto... 305-599-3050

I'm sure he can tell you everything you need to know.

On the PHR web-site they advice against it saying that it will actually make the car respond slower.

If you do this, you will need to change the entire driveline. Driveshaft, differential, axles, etc.

unless your turbo...dont do it...i hear the 6sp gear ratios are a bit more spread apart and wont handle the NA powerband very well
