Hi, guys!

I am a new member here. Really need advice on you guys. I have a 95 turbo-6-speed. The second turbo sometimes kicks in but sometimes not. I do have a mechanic check for me, he check all of the vacuum hoses, EGR, turbo, wastegate, and blow-off value. But still can't find out what's wrong. When I pull up to around 4000 rpm, I heard the engine is making sound, but the car is not going, it just like a NA car. It's not the clutch, not the turbo. I just don't know what happen!! Right now, even a integra type-R can beat me. Help!!! guys, please help me. Thankyou!!

try puting it in ttc mode.

I am having a similar problem if the actuators etc check out it has to be one of the vsv which control the iacv or the egcv they are less then 50 each check the connections and change them at least that is going to be my next step.
