catless downpipe
blitz exhaust
intake
BCC
BC-1.1 in 2nd-1.3 in 3rd
275-40-18 BFG drags
TTC and C16
and i dont get any boost till like fuckin 45 MPH

it sucks, i try braking to build boost, but i dont want to give it too much gas (dont know if im going to break anything or what not)

i keep running a consistant 12.9-13.0 @118-119

should i just keep givin it more gas off the line? nothing will get messed up in the tranny right?

if you havent figured out...its an auto....

I'm no pro but it may be the TTC. With that you don't get good boost until like 4K. And if you are on your stock auto trans that kinda sounds right? Someone with more knowledge could probably back me up.....or tell me that i don't know jack :)

I have no proof to back myself up but I do remember someone on here saying that a stock auto in TTC doesn't launch as hard for the same reasons JDM was saying. Have you tried switching back and seeing if you can pull better times?

make sure you are pulling the e-brake up as hard as you can. you should be able to stall to around 2400 rpm before breaking the tires loose- at least in sequential mode.

That sucks. I ran a 11.8 at 121 today with my car. T-58 and 6 spd.

Go back to sequential for now, or get the higher stall. Lower the tire pressure to 15 psi. By lowering the tire pressure, you will hook better and harder so the first turbo is VERY important here.

You have the trap, you just need 60' now.

P.S. Let the GF drive it! :bigthumb:

LMAO!!! she was going to today! but i couldnt ride with her and it would have been her first time so she said noo...

anyways, i have BFG's on it, and i have it to the FLOOR brake boosting... and today it wouldnt do any better than a 2.37 60 FT and 13.3 @ 112...thats 19 PSI with C12??? the last 3 times at the track i cant get any higher than a 112 trap? and before it ran a constant 119 trap?? is there something wrong with the car??

and BTW it doesnt at all break loose going down the track

im thinking it must be the TTC....

If you are on the stock tranny and TC then the problem is that you are in TTC.
Put the car back to sequential and you will be alot better off.
The best case would be to get a high stall TC, somewhere around 3600 and you will have a totally different car.

For example, when I was at BPU on stock tranny and TC and in sequential I would run consistent 12.3s with 2.0 60'.
I tried TTC for a few passes and the numbers fell to similiar as yours now. TTC plain sucks for a stock TC.
Once I got a 3600 TC and in TTC, my times went to 11.7 with a 1.7X 60'

Hope this helps.
