Okay, this only happens now and then, but I usually run with the OD off around town in speeds 50 and under, but sometimes I floor it coming out of a 40mph turn or so, it downshifts into second, and I let out right near hte top of the gear at about 80mph, and the car will buck hard, almost a double blow off from the stock BOV, like it can't release the 16lbs of boost I'm running all at once. I have an automatic with the traction control enabled and on, so I guess it is entirely possible that it is a double blow off as when I lift it releases, and releases again on the shift.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

it shoots the bov twice b/c the car will shift at 80...and with the trac fuse in...the trac butterfy will close, causing your bov to shoot off..and then u let off the gas immediatly...and it again shoots off. its normal. nothing wrong with your bov
