I finally figured out my starter problem and now the car cranks, has fuel and spark, fire starts and doesn't idle at all. Dies the second you let off the throttle. I even readjusted the timing, took the entire cps, etc. I'm lost, also my gauge cluster doesn't want to work either so that's also another problem, the gauge fuse is fine. I took a video of how it starts and sounds:

Thanks for all the input!

we re-timed it and its running autolite copper plugs. Also, we took the timing cover off and the exhaust cam gear wobbles when the car is running. Its not a lot of wobble, just enough to notice. We checked for intake leaks, moved around the cps and even changed the idle air control valve, I'm completely lost.
