The supra that I have has had the carpet in and out of it, and it doesn't sit exactly snug against the footwell/ center very well. And with a 90 MM TB, sometimes the pedal gets stuck on the very edge ( the tiny lip ) where the hard vinyl is molded into the carpet, so I cannot feather the pedal some times, and I put more and more pressure on it, until it lets go, and the car revs to 3500 rpm :} With the clutch being the biggest B#### I ever had the pleasure of driving, I cannot start or slow the car down without having it buck all over the place.

Should I try putting a little bit of glue behind it? What kind of glue should I use? Something not SO strong Id enver be able to remove the carpet without tearing the crap out of stuff, but not too soft so it keep pulling loose? Any thoughts?

You can get some of those velcro straps. Superglue one side to the carpet, and stick the other half to the floor. That way it isn't permanent, but it will surely stay put.
