Just got some used 16" CCW skinnies with spacer. Have never used a spacer before - it is flat on one side and domed on the other - which way does it go? Also, do you run stock lugs and is there enough thread to be safe? Tried with spline drive lugs but something seems off all around - wheel not close to the hub, etc. Any pics, info would be great. Thanks.
