Passing along info. in case anyone is having a similar problem.
I'm currently BPU, no egr mod, TRAC fuse not pulled.
All 3 lights lit up when I got on the highway, thought I fixed the problem when I found a badly cracked vac. cap to a TRAC control related part. Reset the ECU, but once again the 3 lights came on. I noticed that if you drive in city traffic the lights never come on but once I get on the highway, not even a couple of minutes and all 3 light would come on. This was repeatable, reset ECU, drive in city traffic OK, go on highway and instant Christmas lights.
Pulled the ECU code(OBDI) and came up with code 71 "EGR Malfunction". Hoses looked OK, tested the EGR modulator OK, EGR that one I don't know how to test for so I gave up and went to the dealer, cringe $98/hr labor. They suspected clogged EGR lines and unclogged it. Got the car back today, took it out for a nice long cruise on the highway and the !,check engine, TRAC OFF light did not come on.
