that is the food that we will have at Dave and Busters. We are getting a side room with pool tables and stuff, so we dont have to wait to get our food. The sponsor are going to speak to the group about products, tech tips and whatever else. Right now we have Larry from SP, Chris from Power Junkies and others.

Hope this answers your question

Hey Guys/Gals,

So far it's been alot of work, but definitely worth it!

We would really appreciate it if everyone would RSVP on the website. It will make things so much easier for us!

I can't wait until the end of July. It should be a good time!

I believe we may be able to do the Buffet! I will get a final count today. If we do, please keep voting on this poll!

!!!No Buffet!!!

Due to not meeting the minimum requirement of people for the buffet, we are sticking to the original plan as stated in the itinerary:

Due to the LOW RSVP’s for the All-You-Can-Eat Dinner, the CHI2K5 Organizers decided to change things. We have reserved a room that will accommodate 10-25 people. We will have our own waiter/waitress taking food and drink orders from the Dave & Busters’ menu. There will be a pool table available and a big screen, where we will show past Supra events. Obviously, there will be various arcade games that Dave & Busters is famous for, as well.
If we have more than 25 people, we can cover up the pool table and accommodate 10-15 people more. FYI, we have the room reserved for 2 hours.

The CHI2K5 Organizers have decided to give all-you-can-drink soda, coffee, and tea for those that are going to the dinner. Food orders are on your own.

Those that already have paid via Paypal, you will get your money back!

There is NO MORE buffet, so that means you DO NOT have to pay in advance. You will pay for what ever food you order on the menu, yourself.
