My sp16a's have never looked as good as they did when they came out of the box.
There are water spots and a dullness to the rims that I cannot seem to entirely remove.
what are y'all using to clean them and make them shine?

Try using Eagle-1 NeverDull.

It is meant for restoring the shine of polished surface.

Do a good washing on them, and use Mothers Metal polish. Keep the wheels wiped down after you drive them to prevent build up of brake dust on them. I wipe my wheels down every time i drive the car and that has really helped maintain the shine.

Yea i have used the metal polish aswell and it works really well. Just clean your rims often and give them a nice polish and they should look good as new.
