Just curious, but I remember when I was over at my friends house helping him take the intake off his Accord a few years back, we just washed it out with water, but I remember re-oiling it. I was just curious what the proper "procedure/technique" was for cleaning out the intake filter. Mine looks almost black and could definitely use it. I'm just not sure what I need to re-oil it with.
