Clipping noise after stereo installation!!

Finally, finished installing my aftermarket stereo, amps, and speakers. But, for some reason I get clipping sounds when ever I go to a different track (right before starting to play it). I don't think this is normal..it's definitely not engine noise (the sound is real clear). I think it may be a grounding issue? Any comments guys before I start tearing the installation apart again? Thanks!
