Alright, I plan on polishing the turbo housing (front), and I would like to jet-hot or similar coat the rear of the turbo, the brown compressor housing. I would guess to do this I would have to unassemble the turbo to give to the coating company. But wouldnt that involve removing the shaft and all? Is there anyone who can explain to me how to go abou this, or if anyone has actually done it explain the procedure? Below is the portion of the turbo I'm looking to get coated (highlighted in red):

There will either be a band clamp or a few bolts holding the exhaust housing to the center section, depending on which turbo you have. The greddy (mitsu) turbo pictured uses a band clamp, it's that goldish colored thing just behind the oil line. You do mot have to remove either of the wheels to get the compressor and turbine housings off
