I recently started driving my swapped 2JZGTE and have around 1000-1200 miles on it. This weekend I reset the ecu and noticed I was misfiring a little more than before. I used to misfire a bit in 1st/2nd around 2500-2900 rpm, now im doing the same misfire upto 3rd gear and from 2500-3200. Its real slight and happens more when I slam on the gas.

I put around 100-130 miles on her since the reset and last nite while at a redlight I threw codes 25 and 26.

Looking at the manual it seems like it could be a whole bunch of things, but I cant search to see what anyone else has done. Or if this is common. Can anyone give me any ideas as to why this is happening?

Only mods are downpipe and boost controller. Using Ngk 6097's gapped to .30

Could be a faulty O2 sensor.. If this is giving bad signals the ECU can´t inject right and tends to go rich what can cause slight misfiring. Try to find a used O2 sensor or tap a monitor into the sensor cable to check what it says..
Maybe that helps.

maybe its the mass air flow sensor?

How did you check your O2 sensor? Voltmeter or narrowband scanner?
