i just bought a 93.5 tt 56k, ran a compression test the engine was a tad warm after sitting for 30min. before the test.

the results were:
1 - 170
2 - 165
3 - 165
4 - 165
5 - 165
6 - 150 EGR?

are these #'s normal for the car. the guys at bullish said they were fine. the car dynoed at 393rwhp with just bolt ons at 17.2psi on 92 gas.

will i be alright for a while before a re-build?

thanks

Personally, I would be concerned about the 20 psi difference in compression between cylinders 1 and 6. Did you have a leak-down test done?
Hey so how do you like your supra I heard that you bought it from Jay and Jeff in tucson ..... The said that you were happy with it and that I could contact you getting ready to buy a car from then and said you would be good reference .....

speed101: Is this question directed at me or stickystuff? If you meant me, then I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have RE: Jeff and Jay in Tucson.
Normal compression is 156 psi. Toyota calls for a rebuild when psi reaches < 128 psi. No 2 cylindars should be more than 16 psi apart according to Toyota.
