Depends on your horsepower goals.
At the least, have a magnetic particle inspection completed on the rods and have them balanced (equal weighted).
One step further would be a shot-peen treatment (NOT a sandblast) to increase fatigue strength and higher strength bolts.
Beyond that, new rods it is.

Go for a balance, MPI, a shot peen, and new bolts then. Shouldn't cost too much.
personally.... at the price you can get entry level forged internals these days it isnt worth reco'ing old rods. once you resize the pig end, check straight shot peen new bolts and then provided they all check out, ballance them. you could have bought these http://www.spoolimports.com/spool-conrods/toyota/toyota-7m-gte-conrods
