Which upgrade is more suitable for a auto mkIII for 350-400 rwhp 57-1 or 60-1 ct-26 upgrade, also which degree exhaust wheel clip 10 or 12 ?

I'm going to be nicer than some of the people that will probably be a little rude for something that has been talked about numerous times and there is a sticky on it in the tech section. There are pics of my turbo after I got it upgraded, but for longevity I would go with the SP turbo or the SS turbo.
