Wow, those bronze rims look really nice on that Blue TT. Great job with it on keeping it clean, you could clean the engine though :D.

Lookin pretty good.

I like the color contrast with the Custom Blue and the bronze wheels.

He has a FMIC. It's the type S. You can barely see it, but definately see the hardpipes going into the fender on the passenger side.

Very nice, I used to have those wheels in greyish silver on my car.

What year is your car?

Thanks for the praises

The blue is a custom mix by a master painter who specializes in restoration. He whipped up the color to match the wheels. Used to have Silver Enkeis, kinda dull looking. Original color was a factory dark blue.

It is a 94TT 6sp, just pulled out of storage so engine bay definitely needs work! :agreed:

Got a HKS FMIC in there, installed by previous owner.

What blue is that and who did the paintwork? Looks really good!
Hey Paul, found the paint shop:

Achbach Auto Industries (614) 890-5099
3262 E Dublin Granville Rd
Columbus, OH 43231

Not sure what type of blue it is but expect long waiting times (up to a year!) for Achbach's first class work.

My buddy waited 3 months and the TT spent about 6 in the shop for this paintjob! The car was stripped down before painting could commence.

btw, hit me with a PM or email if you're in the C-bus area. Let's meet up :)

Gavin
