I was running 23 pounds on stock twins before I got a custom FMIC, with it, the first mini pull, I hit 23 in second, and 27 in third, to much, and I saw my A/F hit about 14.00:crazy:

I so far have disconnected my MBC, and took off the wastegate spring, and the lowest I can get the boost to go down to is 17 or so, and the car still hits 12.38 on the wideband, with the stock twins.

Any ideas why I having these issues? I read once or twice that the later fuel pumps aren't as strong as the earlier supra fuel pumps, or perhaps the MAF isn't reading right?

The next thing I plan on doing, is putting in new plugs, and raising the gap from .26 to .35 or so to see what that does, and perhaps a new fuel filter, but I am thinking these two wont make much of a difference:dunno:

My friends BPU car with similiar mods A/F is in the 10's at full boost, the only difference is that I am in TTC, and have a FMIC. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated......

your aftermarket intercooler flows better then the stock SMIC so youll see more boost.

12.3 isnt bad at all

are you using anything to tune the car?

the more gap the more likly it will blow the spark out id leave it right around .28-.30 iv never had a problem even with my gt45r

every car is different i when i went from smic to front mount i notice i was using more fuel with the added boost... and since you arn't tuned at all id look into a piggy back or standalone ecu... a simple 100 dollar safc2 could fix this issue unless you really are making 500rwhp on stock twins and just running out of fuel...

Where are you reading pressure, the manifold?
Yes the intake manifold.

Thanks, the 12.3 makes me nervous though, it is about 35-40 degrees now though. I don't have anything to control the fuel, I had planned on going single last week, and was going to go with the Vcon pro once I did. I am guessing a simple VPC would work for now to add more fuel?

Thanks guys
