Thanks. Yes, I kinda went for equal length, but they are not exact, there is just no way without making weird loops. I made a proto out of mild steel, but the pictures show the final 321ss tubing and flanges.

Hey, do you have sketches of the header with all the diminsions and stuff? If you do would you be interested in copying them and selling them to me? :D I can weld and have wanted to fabricate custom headers for my car ever since i got it. Since im going to convert from NA to Turbo, i thought this would be a cool project to go ahead and be able to strap on a bigger turbo while the engines out. Also, what turbos will fit on it? Thanks. Looks good man. I got a few questions for you. One, how did u come up with the header length? I'd like to see how that effects your performance since it looks quite a bit longer than the stock setup. The welds look really clean, did u use a tig welder? Also, did you machine the flanged yourself or did you have them made?

I'm thinking of going the same route, so it'll be cool to see how yours turns out. Keep up the good work man. :bigthumb:
